We aim for complete customer satisfaction with every purchased product!

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue or concern.

  • Contact us immediately to obtain approval for the return or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase.

  • After 30 days, exchanges or store credit may be issued (if applicable).

  • All exchanges or store credit must be requested within 60 days of initial purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned products, if our error, we will refund all product charges to your credit card.

Refunds and credits can only be made on undamaged, unused merchandise.

We refund original shipping charges for orders that use our most economical shipping option, up to $10 - this does not apply to partial returns/exchanges.

Orders that are shipped for over $10 are not eligible for free return shipping. You are still welcome to return the candles but the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If you have concerns regarding this and depending on the size of your order, please contact us at

Please take great care in re-packing the items; they should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Exchanges & Credit can only be given for items returned in perfect condition.

If the return was in association with a customer error, we will refund all product costs less a 20% restocking fee to your credit card. We will also deduct our cost to ship your order. The original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded if customer error.

  • Used items displaying signs of wear, such as burnt candles, which have been improperly utilized or cared for

  • Sale Items - only regular priced items may be refunded, returned or exchanged

  • Custom products - such as special orders or personalized items
